Do you supply my order yourselves?
Not normally. In most cases, the suppliers who you can buy from on LovefromMe are businesses who we have an 'affiliate' arrangement with. Fundamentally, we are acting as agents for them and receiving a commission when you make a purchase. This enables us to feature an enormous range of romantic gift ideas and means that you, as a customer, are buying from a business which has particular expertise in a certain type of product. No warehouses with outdated products gathering dust - only the best romantic gifts in the UK from the best specialist online suppliers!

In most cases you will arrive at the page showing the product illustrated on LovefromMe, but sometimes you will be taken to the home page of the supplier, where you will be able to select from the romantic gift ideas they are offering.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
First of all, at LovefromMe, we appreciate that this would be a particularly upsetting situation for you: you carefully chose the ideal romantic gift for your partner, or special friend and the supplier let you down.
In the first instance, you should always contact the particular supplier. However, unlike many online retailers who state in their terms & conditions that any problems must be sorted out with the retailer who you actually placed the order with, we take the opposite view: in the unlikely event that you have any problems at all (no matter how minor) with any of our selected suppliers, . These are businesses who we, essentially, are acting as agents for. If our customers are unhappy with any one of them, so are we. Too many problems and we will stop listing that business.
We simply won't tolerate under-performance from our suppliers ... and neither should you.

What if I'm not happy with my order when it arrives?
All of our suppliers have return policies, which you should follow if you are unhappy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return a romantic gift bought from LovefromMe and have any problems with that supplier, immediately and we will chase them up on your behalf.
